Where do I get the latest firmware from for the cameras? I looked at http://agasio.com/support/ which has a direct link for firmware download to http://agasio.com/firmware.html which does not work.

This page looks identical to the Foscam firmware download at http://foscam.us/tools-support.html

Where do I find the latest firmware for the Agasio camera that I purchased?

All cameras shipped out currently already have the latest firmware installed on them. Is there any particular problem or issue you are facing that needs to be resolved? Perhaps I could help you.

With respect to firmware generally, we will be updating the site and putting up all the firmware.

With respect to why it looks identically to the Foscam.us firmware page, it is because Agasio Technologies LLC and Foscam Digital Technologies LLC are owned by the same parent company and use the same chipset/solution provider for the Mjpeg cameras.

I have (2) A502W's with 2 different firmwares with 2 different interfaces.

Where do I get the latest firmware from to upgrade them? I am not the only one asking and it seems like you are avoiding this question for everyone.

What is the latest firmware for the A512-POE? Mine is: 17.37.2.41

I have two A612 POE cameras with two different firmware versions and embedded UI versions. One of the cameras with the later version works perfectly via POE while the other does not. The one that does not I received a RMA replacement. The only differnce that I can see is the firmware versions for the device and the embedded UI are different between the one that is working and the one that is not. Can someone (i.e., tech support), please notify as to where I can locate and receive the firmware and / or what is the fix to have the camera function properly via POE connection? Thank you for your assistance.

Please note: the A612POE that is working has the following firmware versions: Device: 17.35.2.41; Embedded UI: 27.8.3.3. The one that DOES NOT work over a POE connection is version: Device: 17.25.2.36; Embedded UI: 20.8.3.71. Please assist as I would like to utilize this camera as soon as possible. Thank you.
